Learning tools for wellbeing can help you lead a fulfilling life, maintain healthy relationships, and cope with the ups and downs of everyday life.
Your wellbeing is a compilation of many factors, and there are plenty of small changes you can learn to make in your daily life which will enhance your overall sense of wellbeing.
We host many workshops to help you improve your wellbeing across Oxfordshire in small and friendly groups. Through our workshops you can experiment and test different wellbeing practices to find the one which enriches your life the most. No matter which course you choose, you will be guided by tutors who are passionate about their practice and keen to help you learn.
We offer numerous courses that can help you practice mindfulness, relax and restore from the challenges life presents, or guide you through particular phases of your life, such as the menopause.
There are plenty of ways to improve your wellbeing, including focusing on your social connection, physical activity, emotional resilience, or ability to be present in the moment.
From Meditation courses and Mindfulness Practice, to Face Yoga and Gentle Exercise classes, we have plenty of ways you can learn for wellbeing.
