No matter what your starting level of fitness, our variety of courses offer plenty of ways to make movement enjoyable.

Leave behind repetitive online exercise routines and come along to one of our regular sessions with qualified instructors who can guide and motivate you. We host exercises courses across Oxfordshire in small and friendly groups. Our focus is to help you train safely and effectively, and through our in-person sessions we can provide modifications to accommodate for different fitness levels.
