Discover the gentle practice of T’ai Chi Chih, a moving meditation developed by Justin F. Stone, using slow, flowing movements to promote relaxation, balance and wellbeing.
During this course you will learn the 19 movements and 1 pose of T’ai Chi Chih, a simple yet powerful form of moving meditation designed to calm the mind and gently energise the body.

Learn the 19 movements and 1 pose that make up the T’ai Chi Chih practice Practise slow, flowing movements to support relaxation and mindfulness Improve balance, coordination and body awareness Explore breathing and posture to encourage calm and focus Experience a gentle form of exercise suitable for a wide range of abilities

What next?
This course could lead to developing a regular personal practice, joining ongoing T’ai Chi Chih sessions, or exploring other mindfulness, meditation or wellbeing courses.
