This online yoga course helps build strength, flexibility, and relaxation through a flowing practice. Suitable for all levels, with guided movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support wellbeing.

Learning & method assessment
The course will include a mixture of demonstration, observation, and practical exercises. The tutor will be available to support you throughout.

As this is a non-accredited course, there is no formal qualification. To track your progress and achievement you will be required to complete a short document.
