This course is designed to incorporate breathwork into their routine for stress relief, focus, and relaxation. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and connect with your breath.

Introduction to Breathwork – Understand the science and benefits of conscious breathing.

Breath Awareness Techniques – Learn how to observe and regulate your breath.

Reducing Stress & Anxiety – Use breathing methods to calm the nervous system.

Boosting Energy & Focus – Explore techniques to increase vitality and mental clarity.

Emotional Regulation – Develop breath practices to support emotional balance.

Improving Sleep Quality – Learn how breathwork can promote restful sleep.

Breath & Movement Connection – Integrate breath with gentle movement for relaxation.

The course will be held online using Teams and your tutor will email you calendar invites prior to classes.
