Welcome to Pilates for All, a well-being programme for all ages and fitness levels. Learn core exercises, breath control, and mind-body connection. Improve strength, flexibility, and well-being in a supportive space.
Introduction to Pilates principles: Explore breath control, concentration, and mind-body connection. - Foundational exercises: Learn core Pilates movements targeting strength, flexibility, and alignment. - Proper technique and alignment: Master correct form to maximise effectiveness and prevent injury. - Modification options: Adapt exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities. - Core strengthening: Focus on developing a strong and stable core for overall fitness and posture improvement. - Flexibility and mobility: Enhance range of motion and joint flexibility through controlled movements. - Mindfulness and relaxation: Incorporate focused breathing techniques to promote relaxation and stress relief. - Progression and variation: Advance through a variety of exercises to continually challenge and improve fitness levels. In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.- Personalised instruction: Receive individualised guidance and feedback from certified Pilates instructors.

Parking onsite - 2 hours free then paid, bus stops close by. Refreshments able to purchase onsite. No class during half term.

Fee information
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.

Learning & method assessment
The course will include a mixture of demonstration, observation and practical exercises. The tutor will be available to guide and support you throughout.

As this is a non-accredited course, there is no formal qualification. To track your progress and achievement you will be required to complete a short document.
