Apply for this course
Unwind and recharge through calming, hands-on sessions that blend fabric art with relaxation. Open to all levels, this course helps you explore new skills, spark creativity, and boost your mood.
The course introduces you to the world of creativity and meditative activity. During the course, you will sew small objects by hand, create collages from various fabrics, and do simple embroidery inspired by Indian, Japanese, and Eastern European patterns. There is no judgment and no rules; you can let your imagination and creativity flow. The motto of this course is: the journey is important, not the destination.

"Please note there is no class on 30/10/2025.Parking is available on Campus. Should the car park be full please use Marriotts Walk or Woodford Way car parks which are a few minutes' walk away.Please report to Reception on arrival. A photo-id will be issued for you to wear when attending classes.Vending machines are available."
