Develop the practical skills and technical knowledge to start working as a Personal Trainer or Sports Coach in a variety of settings.

Throughout your training you will benefit from a mixture of theoretical knowledge-based sessions and practical hands-on teaching where you can gain experience training. Our expert coaches are keen to help you follow in their footsteps and they’ll teach you how to bring energy and enthusiasm into every training session you deliver.
In our short intensive courses, you’ll receive the training you need to offer your clients comprehensive training packages.
You’ll learn the key anatomy and physiology to ensure you can offer safe practice, provide nutritional guidance to support physical activity, and management techniques to help you plan and deliver effective training sessions; all whilst learning how to manage the business side of offering training.
You will also be taught techniques and best practice for keeping your client motivated and focused on their goals as they implement the required lifestyle changes.
