This summer, join our Yoga Mixed Ability Course! Suitable for all levels, it enhances flexibility, strength and clarity. Sessions include beginner mods and advanced options in a supportive space.

Fee information
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.

Learning & method assessment
The course will include a mixture of demonstration, observation and practical exercises. The tutor will be available to guide and support you throughout.

As this is a non-accredited course, there is no formal qualification. To track your progress and achievement you will be required to complete a short document.
