Start your yoga journey with our Beginners Yoga Course! Build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive space. Learn breathing techniques, basic postures, and relaxation for overall well-being.
Join us for a gentle yoga flow that nurtures strength, flexibility, and relaxation, helping you move with ease and balance in everyday life.

In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.

"Facilities at Abingdon Campus:- Vending machines and Costa Coffee shop (open until 7pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday term time only).- Watercoolers available, making it easy to refill your water bottle.- Free parking. Please note due to half term there will be no session on 19/02/2026."

Fee information
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.

Learning & method assessment
The course will include a mixture of demonstration, observation, and practical exercises. The tutor will be available to support you throughout.

As this is a non-accredited course, there is no formal qualification. To track your progress and achievement you will be required to complete a short document.
