Boost your physical and mental well-being outdoors! This session explores nature while guiding you in using outdoor gym equipment to build fitness, create healthy habits, and connect with your community.
Enjoy a boost to your physical and mental health by spending time outside in nature! This session, held in Bicester, will explore the natural surroundings and guide you in using the outdoor gym equipment so you can enjoy a healthy lifestyle and make good fitness habits. Meet likeminded people in your community; outdoor gyms are social spaces where people of all fitness levels can come together. Please wear practical clothing for comfort and dress according to the weather.

Foundational exercises: Learn how to use the installed equipment and what muscles are targeted

Modification options: Adapt exercises to accommodate various fitness levels and abilities.

Access to Nature: Exercising outdoors provides the added benefit of fresh air, natural surroundings, and exposure to sunlight, which can improve mood and mental well-being.

Progressive challenges: Become informed on how to advance through the exercises to continually challenge and improve fitness.

Personalised instruction: Receive tailored guidance and feedback from our staff.

Lasting impact: The knowledge and confidence gained from this session will allow you to come back and use the local fitness equipment whenever you want!

Please note this course is held in a public space, with no access to toilet facilities.
