This 4-week course blends mindfulness and running to enhance performance, mental clarity, and well-being. Learn mindfulness techniques, running strategies, and reflective practices to find joy in your runs.
This course is suitable for runners of all levels looking to improve their mental and physical connection through mindful running.

- Understanding Mindfulness – Learn how mindfulness applies to running.

- Breath Awareness – Use breathing techniques to enhance focus and endurance.

- Body Awareness – Improve running form and efficiency through mindfulness.

- Reducing Stress & Anxiety – Use mindful movement to promote relaxation.

- Enhancing Performance – Develop mental strategies for motivation and resilience.

- Mindful Running Practices – Engage in guided exercises to deepen awareness.

- Reflective Running – Use journaling and self-reflection to track progress.

The course will be held online using Teams and your tutor will email you calendar invites prior to classes.
