Learn how to give a reflexology treatment to friends and family.
This four hour workshop gives an introduction to reflexology theory and practical techniques. You will be able to give a reflexology treatment to friends and family members.

We will cover:History of reflexology.Reflexology theory.Reflexology maps and how the areas of the feet link to different areas, systems and organs in the body.Practical: reflexology techniques.Give and receive a reflexology treatment.

What next?
You may wish to explore the other wellbeing and complementary therapy workshops offered by OAL.
You may wish to take a professional qualification, for example in Reiki. Information about this will be shared during the workshop.

No previous knowledge or experience is necessary. All welcome.

There is a £5 materials fee for this course.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.

Learning & method assessment
The course will include a mixture of demonstration, discussion, pair work and practise with one-to-one guidance from the tutor. Handouts will be provided.
