This online course offers gentle yoga and relaxation to support mobility, ease tension, and promote wellbeing for those with MS. Adaptable for all levels, with guided breathwork and mindful movement.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.

Learning & method assessment
The course will include a mixture of demonstration, observation, and practical exercises. The tutor will be available to support you throughout.

As this is a non-accredited course, there is no formal qualification. To track your progress and achievement you will be required to complete a short document.
