Learn how to practice a range of face yoga techniques to benefit different areas of the face and neck and support overall well-being.Please wear no or minimal make up and bring a facial oil or moisturiser as well as a bottle of water to drink.

This workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to learn more about how to exercise the muscles in the face. Face Yoga is a relaxing well-being technique that can help you to look and feel healthier and younger. Just as the muscles in the body benefit from physical exercise, the muscles in the face also respond to exercises that help to tone and lift them. Face yoga combines facial exercises, facial massage, acupressure points and relaxation techniques and is suitable for people of all ages.

Expect to pull some funny faces and to leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Please bring with you a teaspoon, a clean pencil, and some water to drink. Ideally please come wearing minimal or no make-up. You may also like to bring your usual facial oil, serum or moisturiser. In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.

Free parking onsite, bus stop outside. Bring own refreshments if needed. No class during half term.
