Learn how to fuel your body for peak performance, recovery, and health in this 4-week course. Explore essential nutrients, diets, and evidence-based strategies tailored to runners of all ages and abilities.
This 4-week course is designed to provide runners of all ages and abilities with the knowledge to optimise their nutrition throughout every phase of life. From adolescence to adulthood and beyond, participants will learn how to fuel their bodies for peak performance, recovery, and long-term health. The course emphasises evidence-based strategies tailored specifically to the nutritional needs of runners, addressing the demands of training, competition, and recovery.

We will explore the micro and macro nutrients that our bodies need to live and to fuel physical activity. We will discuss different diets, supplements and some suggested recipes!

Fee information
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
