This one-day course is designed for individuals who have an interest in or some prior knowledge of coaching or mentoring and are keen to further develop their skills. You will gain a deeper understanding of key principles of coaching and mentoring and have opportunities to practise in a supportive environment.
Participants will explore essential concepts of coaching and mentoring through reflective discussions, peer coaching sessions, and the analysis of recorded conversations. By examining the tools and techniques used by experienced coaches and mentors, we will gain valuable insights into effective practice.

A particular focus will be on identifying and addressing our own blind spots. Through open dialogue, we will navigate challenges, exchange strategies for overcoming obstacles, and learn collaboratively from one another.

The course will be facilitated by an experienced coach who specialises in making coaching and mentoring concepts accessible. By combining practical application with reflective learning, they will foster an engaging and supportive space where participants can confidently expand their skills.
