Gosford Hill SchoolA particular focus will be on identifying and addressing our own blind spots. Through open dialogue, we will navigate challenges, exchange strategies for overcoming obstacles, and learn collaboratively from one another.
The course will be facilitated by an experienced coach who specialises in making coaching and mentoring concepts accessible. By combining practical application with reflective learning, they will foster an engaging and supportive space where participants can confidently expand their skills.
