Gosford Hill SchoolA central focus will be on identifying and addressing our own blind spots. Through open dialogue, we will navigate challenges, share strategies for overcoming obstacles, and learn collaboratively from each other's experiences.
The course is led by an experienced coach who specialises in making coaching and mentoring concepts accessible. Combining practical application with reflective learning, they will create an engaging and supportive environment where participants can confidently expand their skills.
Topics we will explore include:
- Building trust and psychological safety in coaching conversations
- Effective questioning and active listening techniques
- Managing challenging conversations and difficult dynamics
- Recognising and addressing personal biases and blind spots
- Exploring different coaching models and frameworks
