Are you looking after someone with a long-term illness, special need, or impairment? Our FREE Courses for Carers programme is here to support you. We offer flexible online courses that you can access from the comfort of your home, designed to fit around your caring responsibilities.

Developed in partnership with Action for Carers, specifically for unpaid carers, Courses for Carers offers something for everyone—whether you’re looking to relax, learn, or grow.
These free courses are designed to support your mind, body, and personal development. Join a welcoming community, learn at your own pace, and take time for yourself.

The Courses for Carers programme focuses on nurturing wellbeing through three main themes of Mind, Body and Growth.
Mind
To support your mental wellbeing, this theme includes courses that help reduce stress, improve focus, and build emotional resilience. You’ll explore techniques such as mindfulness, breath-work, and guided meditation.
Body
This strand focuses on gentle movement, physical health, and practical self-care. Whether you prefer Yoga, Pilates or Cooking on a Budget, you’ll find accessible ways to care for your physical health and increase your energy levels.
Growth
Encouraging personal development and creative exploration, the Growth strand offers a rich mix of writing, film, art, and digital skills. New courses on AI Awareness and Remote Working Skills provide insight into future employment opportunities.
