This online course provides an opportunity for carers to explore the beneficial health effects of creating and observing art. For centuries, people have used creativity to deal with stress, cope with trauma, and improve self-awareness and self-esteem.
A gentle online course for carers to explore the wellbeing benefits of collage art. Creativity has long helped people reduce stress, support healing, and boost self awareness.

Learn simple collage techniques inspired by two well known artists. Each week includes a short look at how creative activity supports cognitive health and relaxation.

You’ll create at least two collage pieces during the course.
