If you’re not in work and thinking of moving into paid employment, a volunteering role or further training and study, our Employability courses can help.
Our dedicated tutors will help you explore your job prospects, develop your CV, and help you grow in confidence and self-esteem when it comes to application forms, interviews, and networking.
Our Employability courses are taught across Oxfordshire in short, five-week programmes. Whether you are aiming to get support with job applications and finding work or support with settling into a new role, our courses can help. Our tutors will teach you how to communicate with colleagues, deal with conflict in the work environment and explore the principles of customer service.
Our tutors work alongside ADVIZA and the National Careers Service to offer you fully funded and personalised support, information, advice and guidance.
Together they will help you plan for the future, develop your self-esteem work to ensure you are best placed to tackle any challenges which come with starting a new position.
