This qualification prepares you for further learning and training, and develops a basic knowledge of childcare in early years settings, covering children up to the age of 5 years old. The units include subjects such as the management and organisation of an early years setting, and the value of play.
On this ten week course you will learn:

• Responsibilities of each role within the setting• Safeguarding• Policies and procedures• Legislation• Key Person• Team working• Feedback and review for best practice• How play supports development• Different play types• Meet individual needs
