You’ll take part in group discussions, engage in peer mentoring through breakout rooms, and complete individual study tasks to deepen your learning. There will also be opportunities to apply your mentoring skills in real-life scenarios and reflect on your experiences to enhance your practice.

Assessment and SupportTo successfully complete the qualification, you will need to build an assessment portfolio. Comprehensive resources and guidance will be available through the College’s virtual learning environment (VLE) on Teams.

Commitment to the Course: Learners are expected to demonstrate a willingness to commit time (around 1 to 3 hours per week) including both online sessions and independent study and effort to complete the course. This includes fulfilling any required assignments, assessments, or practical mentoring hours. The flexible format allows you to fit your learning around your professional responsibilities.
