Working with students and young people offers an exciting career prospect where no two days will ever be the same. To prepare you for the variety of the job; we run in-depth courses teaching you everything you need to know to get the best out of your students.
Our programmes combine classroom-based theory with practical work-based experience; offering a brilliant support route for those who have just secured a work placement or already work within a school.
Working in childcare is about more than knowing how to stand at the front of a classroom.
Our qualifications cover a wide range of areas, including children and young people’s development, supporting children and young people’s positive behaviour, and creating effective communication and professional relationships with those you work with.
Alongside developing your classroom management ability, you will also cover essential young people’s development and safeguarding training, learning to protect your students and their welfare.
