Our Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction courses provide a strong foundation of knowledge in the built environment.
Our T-Level offers the opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of a wide range of design, surveying, and planning methods in the modern construction industry, and includes an industrial placement giving you the chance to apply the skills and knowledge you have learnt in a real-life working environment.

During the 2 year T Level programme, you will learn the core knowledge and skills for entry into a range of construction occupations, learning the fundamentals of planning, building, and modern methods of construction. Through project-based learning, you will work on real-life case studies in collaboration with construction employers, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
In the first year you will develop a general understanding of construction, including health and safety, the science behind building design, surveying and planning, and construction design principles and processes. You will also learn about topics specific to design, surveying and planning, including project management.
