Work for Us

An experienced provider with outstanding achievement rates

We are an experienced provider of adult counselling qualifications with outstanding achievement rates. We offer courses from Level 1, through to Level 4, allowing for progression of your studies without the need to change your provider.

A professional, humanistic, integrated approach to counselling

Our counselling tutors are practicing counsellors with a wealth of experience in different parts of the sector. All our tutors are members of recognized counselling organisations, working within approved ethical framework.

They are passionate about maintaining the standard of counselling provision and endeavour to encourage the best counselling qualities within their students.

We offer a flexible way for students to gain counselling qualifications, with many of our courses taught in the evening, one day a week. Our experience shows us that our students achieve their best when learning in the classroom, with plenty of opportunities to embed practice within their learning. All our courses encourage active student participation and weekly skills practice, with a focus on enabling you to build strong relationships with your tutors and peers as well as developing essential counselling and transferable skills.

Professional, humanistic, integrated counselling training

We deliver professional, humanistic, integrated counselling training through which you can learn about a variety of theoretical and practical approaches to counselling.

Our qualifications start at Level 1 and offer the opportunity to work your way up to the Level 4 Diploma with a consistent provider.

Completion of the Level 4 qualification will enable you to work as a counsellor in an Agency setting; and whilst Level 1, 2 and 3 will not lead to counselling employment, they are designed to give you the pre-practitioner training you need for your professional counselling qualification.

Across all levels, each week you will be taught in small supportive environments. You will take part in weekly skills practice and receive close supervision and feedback which will help you to reflect on your ability to practice and grow through your training.
