With 268 learners completing an apprenticeship in 2025/26, these latest results highlight the impact of the College’s apprenticeship provision. An unbeatable 100% of apprentices agreed they had developed the skills needed to get a job or progress their career, and 99% said their apprenticeship had expanded their knowledge and challenged them.
Workplace relevance and learner support also scored highly. 98% said their training had helped them in their job role, while 99.5% praised the inclusive learning environment created by their tutor and assessor. Overall, 97.4% were satisfied with the College as their training provider and 96.2% would recommend their apprenticeship to a friend.
A strong track record of achievement
The results build on a successful year for the College's apprenticeships. At the 2026 Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards, Callum Gordon, an apprentice from Alphabet GB, BMW Group, was named Advanced Apprentice of the Year. Other apprentices and staff were also recognised.
The College has also achieved strong national results, with Level 3 apprenticeship achievement ranking first among general further education colleges nationally, with an 84.1% success rate. Construction apprenticeships ranked second nationally, with an 80% success rate.
The latest survey results provide another reason to celebrate, demonstrating not simply that apprentices are achieving, but that they value the training, support and workplace skills they gain along the way.
