The team supports STFC to inspire and excite the public about our science and technology through events and activities. A key part of this is involving staff in events to give insight into their work. We are looking for someone to support us in coordinating early career staff involvement with public engagement events.  

The Skills Centre Team deliver STFC’s successful Apprenticeship, Graduate, Industrial Placement and Summer Placement Programmes which has up to 350 early careers staff on programme. We need someone with great attention to detail who can help coordinate programme activities and provide key admin support.

You will proactively support the Estates remit to deliver flexible, customer-focused and efficient services that support the delivery of STFC’s vision, values and objectives. From organising meetings and supporting teams to streamlining processes, you’ll play a key role in making things happen. 

We are looking for an Apprentice Field Service Engineer to join our friendly team and learn to work on a range of pumps and equipment. Come and join our growing company Allsebrook Pumps, based in Field Assarts, near Witney. We supply, install, maintain, commission, and repair a wide range of pumps and associated equipment.

We are opening an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and a professional team in a varied role with the opportunity for progression. This role focusses on assisting the contract managers with a range of tasks; no two days will be the same. Immediate start is possible.
