GCSE & Level 2 results day - A simple guide

How do I get my results?

The fastest way to collect results is in person on Thursday morning. Please remember to bring photo ID (we can't release results without this). This ID can be a student ID card, passport or driving licence.

WITNEY & COMMON LEYS STUDENTS - Witney Campus - Windrush building

If the student is unable to collect their results in person, then they can nominate someone to collect the results on their behalf. The nominee will need to bring a signed letter from the student that authorises them to do so, as well as their own photo ID.

If results have not been collected by 1pm, then they will be posted 2nd Class to the student's home address.

When can I collect my results?

Results can be collect between 9am - 1pm on Thursday the 25th of August. Please remember to bring photo ID.

Any results not collected by 1pm will be posted 2nd class to the student's address.

What happens if I don't get the result I'm hoping for?

Don't worry. We will have plenty of staff on hand to support all of our students.

Funding & Bursaries - Our team will be available to answer any of your questions around funding and what bursaries we have available.

I've applied for a course with Abingdon & Witney College, but I didn't get the grades I needed

We understand that will be unsettling, but don't worry you can still come to college! Firstly upload your upload your results to your online account, then visit us on one of our GCSE results days and we will help you.

I've just finished my course. Can I come back and do another one?

Subject to a number of conditions, yes! Just contact our admissions team on 01235 216400 or pop in on our next open days to find out more.

Do I still have time to enrol on a course for September?

Yes, don't worry, you still have plenty of time. Come along to our one of our open days and we can offer you a September course there and then.

I haven't applied to college yet & I didn't get the GCSE results that I was hoping for. Can I still come to college?

Yes, we can help you choose the course that is most appropriate for you. We can even help you retake English & Maths!
