Looking for a fun way to get active? Zumba Gold offers easy-to-follow dance moves set to upbeat mostly Latin American music, designed especially for beginners and those who prefer a lower-impact workout.
Learn simple Zumba dance routines at a comfortable pace while improving fitness, balance and coordination. Sessions include a warm-up, guided dance movements and cool-down stretches in a friendly, supportive environment.

Please note there are no classes during half term.

What next?
This course could lead to progressing to regular Zumba classes, other dance fitness sessions, or continuing to build confidence and fitness through further health and wellbeing courses.
Entry criteria
Aged 19 and over, all abilities welcome.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
