Join our Mixed Ability Yoga course, designed for all levels! Improve strength, flexibility, and relaxation with adaptable sessions. Modifications support beginners, while advanced options challenge experienced learners.
Build confidence and ease in your yoga practice with a balanced approach to movement, breath, and relaxation. Explore a flowing yoga practice suitable for all experience levels.

• Enjoy a mix of movement styles, with options to challenge or modify.• Focus on breath and movement to enhance relaxation and focus.• Build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace.• Improve posture and mobility through guided sequences.• Learn techniques to release tension and support wellbeing.• Develop body awareness and mindful movement.• Suitable for beginners and those with experience looking to refine their practice.• Adapt poses to suit your needs with clear guidance and support.• Join a welcoming space to move, breathe, and unwind.

There will be no class during half-term.Free parking. No refreshments available at venue, please bring with you. The school have a Nut-Free Policy - no foods containing nuts.

Entry criteria
If you’ve completed a beginner’s yoga course or have a basic knowledge of yoga, this class will help you deepen your practice and build confidence in a supportive environment.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

Fee information
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
