Abingdon CampusThis qualification introduces you to a wide range of relevant knowledge and expertise in people practice. You will build your confidence and HR Knowledge, aiming at being able to contribute to immediate colleagues, customers and the organisation; supporting change and driving impact to create immediate and short term value. Tutorials will be held for individual students immediately after timetabled sessions for up to one hour (approx 3 sessions during the programme for each student at this time).
Delivery of this course will be on campus, face to face, for one day per week.
Students should allow themselves time to study outside of the course too. The amount may vary depending upon the ability of the student, the level of the course, previous knowledge and speed of working. Homework will be set weekly.

You may also be encouraged to attend a CIPD student conference. This is optional and would be at the students’ expense, fees are set by the CIPD and vary annually.
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
