Abingdon & Witney College has been awarded significant funding from West Oxfordshire District Council to help address local skills needs in Care and support Green Skills training. Funding has now also been approved for South Oxfordshire, Vale of White Horse and Cherwell, focusing exclusively on Green Skills courses.
This offers a brilliant opportunity for locals already working within the care sector or in construction and building services an opportunity to upskill, and for local residents who are new to the industry an excellent chance to get their foot in the door.
