Do you want to develop your accounting and finance skills while gaining industry-grade knowledge alongside a highly appraised and devoted team led by award-winning tutors? (AAT Large Training Provider of the Year 2020 and AAT Tutor of the Year 2019)

The AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting is designed for anyone wishing to study accountancy and finance alongside a range of complementary business and personal skills to gain knowledge, practical experience and certification.

The purpose of the Level 2 Certificate in Accounting is to offer the foundation of accounting knowledge needed to progress to employment or further study in accountancy and finance, alongside business and personal skills that are transferable to any sector and additional business knowledge relevant to accountancy. The qualification offers a broader focus across several subject areas which enhances employability. Our AAT courses run in several different formats to meet the needs of our learners. This flexible course is delivered in partnership with Mindful Education and combines online learning with face-to-face lessons in the classroom; however, other formats are available via our website.

Online video lectures are available on-demand and can be viewed from your phone, tablet or computer, meaning you can choose how, when and where you want to study. Each lesson lasts around 45 minutes and is accompanied by animations and motion graphics to bring concepts to life. Exercises, interactive case studies and analytical tools help to enhance the learning experience further.

On campus, you benefit from regular college classes – without having to commit to attending multiple evenings each week. Experienced tutors will discuss and reinforce what you have learnt during your online study and are on hand to provide guidance on progress and assessment. Discussion and debate with classmates will help you apply theories to situations you face in the workplace.

Please note: Classroom attendance is required in college every week (Wednesday) along with independent study between college sessions, using the Mindful Education platform.
