You will develop your HR expertise to help provide and lead the delivery of HR solutions whilst providing tailored advice to your business.
Through a HR apprenticeship you will develop a good understanding across all HR disciplines, including HR legislation and an excellent working knowledge of your organisation’s HR policies and procedures.
You will begin by understanding the structure of your organisation, the products and services it delivers, the external market and sector within which it operates, where their roles fits within the organisation, and the values which your organisation holds itself to.
Your growing knowledge of the systems, tools, and processes used in a HR position will help you develop and deliver tailored HR solutions to your organisations employees and managers.
