As a customer service apprentice, you will spend your days dealing with orders and payments, offering advice, and providing guidance and support.
Every day you will be dealing with new customers, learning how to provide the best service and customer care.
As a Customer Service apprentice, you will learn to understand the different needs and priorities of your customers.
You will learn how to manage their expectations; recognising and learning how to adapt your style to be engaging and have effective interactions with each customer.
Through your apprenticeship you will learn internal policies and procedures, appropriate legislation, and any regulatory requirements that affect your business.
You will learn your responsibilities in relation to these, and how to apply this knowledge when delivering customer care.
By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be able to create a customer focused experience, building trust with your customers to become a well regarded member of your team.
