We offer courses in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). If English is not your first language and you live in the UK, our part-time classes can help you with your speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
We have highly experienced ESOL tutors who can help you with your grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and improve your confidence.
You can learn language for everyday situations, such as shopping, helping your children with their homework, going to the doctor, completing forms, and general conversation.
Our classes have small, supportive groups and there are individual and group activities.
This combination will help you to focus on your grammar and writing, practise your pronunciation and improve your confidence. You will be supported by our highly experienced ESOL tutors.
If you’re worried about the cost of your course or how you will support yourself during your studies, see our Fees and Financial Support page.
We offer classes in Oxfordshire in the daytime and evening as well as some online lessons. Most ESOL courses start in September, January and April. We also have a short summer class in July or August.
ESOL classes cost £100 - £140 approximately (depending on the number of lessons). The course may be free if you do not have a job, and on certain benefits or if you have a low wage. For financial support information please click here.
