Welcome back!

6th Sept 2025

The new academic year is officially upon us for our full-time learners, and we can’t wait to welcome back our existing students and meet all our brilliant new starters.

As you step on campus, we want your start to the new year to be as easy and simple as possible, and we hope you are looking forward to meeting new friends, and making the most of what college has to offer!

Here’s what you need to know for your September 2025 start:

When does my course start?
Your induction week is the 8th – 12th September. You should have received an email from us with your start date, campus maps and which classroom you need to go to on your first day. Can’t find your email? Make sure to regularly check your junk mail.

Where should I go on my first day?
College staff will be there to greet you and help you get to the right place. Remember to make a note of your classroom so that staff can easily guide you to where you need to be.

Who can I ask for help on the day?
If you have any questions on your arrival, don’t be afraid to ask! All our members of staff are here to help and to answer any queries that you may have.

You can find a member of staff by looking for anyone in a BLACK lanyard. No matter how small or silly your question may seem, you can trust that we will have heard it many times before. We can help you work out where you need to be and signpost you through your first few days.

And finally!
We hope you have fun and enjoy yourself. Make the most of our upcoming Fresher’s Events, join our Student Voice First, and remember to always be Ready, Respectful and Safe. We can’t wait to see what extraordinary things you achieve.

Want to change course?
If you're not sure that you're on the right course and thinking of switching to another full-time course, then it's not too late; speak to a member of staff to discuss your options. Find out more information about our courses here.
