Festive Celebrations at the Annual Christmas Dinner

The holiday season at Abingdon & Witney College has officially begun with this year’s Annual Christmas Dinner, hosted by our Senior Management Team (SMT). The event brought together students and staff alike, spreading festive cheer throughout the College and setting the tone for the holiday season.

This week, the canteen at our Abingdon Campus was transformed into a hub of holiday joy. People donned their best festive jumpers, creating a colourful and merry atmosphere as they gathered to enjoy a delightful afternoon of Christmas food and drinks. The spirit of togetherness was palpable as staff and students came together as one, celebrating the sense of community that defines our College.

The Annual Christmas Dinner is more than just an opportunity to enjoy good food and company. It’s a chance to reflect on the year gone by. In 2024, Abingdon & Witney College achieved remarkable milestones, including increased student enrolment, the introduction of innovative courses, and new state-of-the-art facilities, complemented by an excellent Ofsted result. These achievements are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff, who tirelessly support students in their academic and personal growth.

Coming together for this festive occasion was the perfect way to celebrate our shared successes and look forward to an even brighter 2025.
