And we’re back! Where you need to be and when

8th Sept 2024

The new term has officially started for our full-time learners, and we can’t wait to welcome back our existing students to the College and to meet all our brilliant new starters.

As you step on campus, we want your start to the new year to be as easy and simple as possible, and we hope you are looking forward to meeting your new friends, and making the most of what College has to offer!

Here’s what you need to know for your September 2024 start:

When does my course start?

You will receive an email from the College with your start date. Your induction week is the 9th September – 13th September. Can’t find your email? Make sure to regularly check your junk mail.

Where should I go on my first day?

Abingdon: Meet in our canteen called @Eat. This is our big open seating area in D Block, right next to our campus reception.

Witney: Meet in the Courthouse Building. This is our main building nearest Welch Way Road and opposite the Marriots Walk Car Park, with a window display around it.

Common Leys: Arrive at Reception where you will be directed to room CLA3/4. Reception is just through the doors to the left of our farm shop.

Who can I ask for help on the day?

If you have any questions on your arrival, don’t be afraid to ask! All our members of staff are here to help and to answer any queries that you may have.

You can find a member of staff by looking for anyone in a BLACK lanyard. No matter how small or silly your question may seem, you can trust that we will have heard it many times before! We can help you work out where you need to be and signpost you throughout your first days.

And finally!

We hope you have fun and enjoy yourself. Make the most of our upcoming Fresher’s Events, join our Student Voice, and remember to be Ready, Respectful and Safe.

We can’t wait to see what extraordinary things you achieve.
