Ready to boost your fitness while having fun? This energetic Zumba course combines upbeat Latin and international music with high-energy dance moves to create a motivating full-body workout.
Throughout the course you will take part in energetic dance fitness sessions designed to improve your stamina, coordination and confidence while exercising in a supportive group environment.

- Learn energetic Zumba dance routines set to upbeat Latin and international music - Take part in higher-impact, high-energy movements designed to increase stamina and cardiovascular fitness - Improve coordination, rhythm and overall fitness through fast-paced routines - Build confidence dancing in a fun, supportive and motivating group environment - Enjoy dynamic warm-ups, full dance workouts and cool-down stretches

Please remember comfortable workout clothes, supportive athletic trainers and a water bottle.

Free parking. No refreshments available at venue, please bring with you. The school have a Nut-Free Policy - no foods containing nuts.

What next?
This course could lead to progressing to more advanced Zumba classes, other dance fitness sessions, or continuing to improve your fitness and wellbeing through regular exercise.

All welcome.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
