Explore advanced watercolour techniques while creating projects that reflect your own artistic style and creative voice.
This course focuses on helping students develop their own personal style and create fully independent compositions. Students will combine the technical skills from previous terms with individual creativity to produce original artworks, experimenting with subject matter, colour palettes, and compositional approaches. Lessons cover project planning, refining work, self-evaluation, and presentation skills. Students will be encouraged to express narrative, mood, and personality in their paintings. By the end of the term, learners will have a portfolio of finished works reflecting their unique style and confident, independent use of watercolour. Soft skills such as self-expression, confidence in decision-making, and perseverance are reinforced throughout.Advanced watercolour techniques for independent projects
