Ukrainian C builds on the skills developed in Ukrainian B, introducing more complex grammatical structures including the conjugation of adjectives and basic verbs.
The course focuses on language used to describe daily routines and engages students in simple Q&A dialogues related to their hobbies and everyday life.

Objectives: • Master the conjugation of basic verbs and adjectives in present tense. • Develop skills to describe daily activities and routines. • Engage in simple dialogues involving hobbies and daily interactions.

Key Topics: - Conjugation patterns for verbs and adjectives. - Vocabulary and phrases related to daily activities and personal interests. - Constructing and understanding Q&A dialogues for effective communication.

Outcome: Students will be able to tell about their daily routines, describe simple actions in the present tense, and participate in basic conversations about personal interests.

Please note due to half term there will be no session on 26/05/2026.

Entry criteria
There are no formal entry requirements just a willingness to explore a fascinating language. It is strongly recommended however for those who are new to the language that you have completed the Ukrainian Beginners A course. The standard approximates to level A0/A1 in terms of the Common European Framework.
Fee information
A textbook is used to accompany the course, but it is optional to buy this (average cost £20 - £25). The textbook will support your learning for at least 1 year. You may also like to buy a small dictionary. Your tutor will be able to advise you at the first session.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
