This course is designed for learners with an Education Health and Care Plan who aspire to work in the future. It aims to enhance self-confidence, employability skills, and provide valuable work experience before transitioning to our Supported Internship programme.
This course includes classroom sessions that focus on developing essential employability, maths, and English skills needed for the workplace. The course runs three days a week, including one day dedicated to community activities such as travel training and exploring various career options.

The natural progression from this course is to move onto the Supported Internship. However, all options will be discussed during the EHCP Annual Review meetings to determine the most appropriate path for each learner.
