On this workshop participants will:

• Discover why sound works - exploring the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of sound therapy.• Learn about the science of vibration and resonance and how it affects the body and mind.• Experience a hands-on introduction to sound tools and have the opportunity to develop their own mini sound practice.• Reflect on how sound can support wellbeing, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.

The workshop includes an immersive sound bath, allowing participants to fully absorb and reflect on the healing potential of sound.Whether you're new to sound healing or looking to deepen your understanding, this course offers a deeply felt, sensory-rich experience that will leave you relaxed, inspired, and more connected to the power of sound.
