Curious about moving meditation? This one-hour workshop introduces T’ai Chi Chih, a gentle practice developed by Justin F. Stone that uses slow, flowing movements to support relaxation, balance and wellbeing.
In this introductory workshop you will explore the foundations of T’ai Chi Chih and experience several of the flowing movements that form part of the practice.

- Learn the principles behind T’ai Chi Chih and its benefits for relaxation and wellbeing - Be introduced to a selection of the 19 movements and 1 pose - Practise slow, mindful movements to improve balance and body awareness - Explore breathing, posture and focus to support calm and relaxation

Wear loose, comfortable clothing.Free parking. No refreshments available at venue, please bring with you. The school have a Nut-Free Policy - no foods containing nuts.

What next?
This workshop could lead to a longer T’ai Chi Chih course where you can learn the full set of 19 movements and deepen your practice.
Entry criteria
All welcome.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
