Whether you are seeking personal enrichment, career advancement, or a stepping stone for further education, this comprehensive course covers all the key areas of the Edexcel GCSE Spanish syllabus.

You will develop your listening skills through a range of engaging audio materials, building confidence in understanding spoken Spanish in everyday contexts. The course also includes reading, speaking, writing, and grammar components designed to help you master the language progressively.

Throughout the course, you will explore topics relevant to real-life situations and Spanish-speaking cultures, supported by expert teaching and structured assessments aligned with GCSE standards. This course provides a solid foundation for achieving your qualification and advancing your Spanish language skills.

Please note there are no classes during half term.

What next?
Level 3 Spanish A Level or equivalent.
Entry criteria
This course is ideal for adult learners who: Have a basic understanding of Spanish and wish to advance their skills. Need a GCSE qualification for career or educational purposes. As we are committed to ensuring that you are ready for the course there will be a short interview with the tutor to determine your current skill level.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

Fee information
Our Spanish GCSE makes use of the Pearson Active Hub where all materials including a course book and revision guide can be downloaded. This is an extra cost that incurs a materials fee of £30 per person. The materials received back are in excess of this value. If you are in receipt of a low income as defined by the funding criteria then you will be eligible to claim this back through our bursary scheme.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
