Curious about energy healing? This introductory workshop explores the principles of Reiki and introduces simple techniques for relaxation, self-care and wellbeing.
During this workshop you will learn about the foundations of Reiki and experience basic techniques used to support relaxation and personal wellbeing.

- Learn about the history and principles of Reiki and how it is used for wellbeing - Explore the concept of energy and how Reiki aims to support balance and relaxation - Be introduced to simple treatment hand positions for self and others - Practise techniques to promote calm, mindfulness and stress reduction - Discuss how Reiki can be incorporated into daily self-care routines

Free parking. No refreshments available at venue, please bring with you. The school have a Nut-Free Policy - no foods containing nuts.

What next?
This workshop could lead to further Reiki training, including Reiki Level 1 or Level 2 practitioner courses, or other wellbeing and holistic therapy learning opportunities.
Entry criteria
No previous experience is required. Learners should have an interest in wellbeing, relaxation and holistic practices.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
