The programme covers refrigeration systems, air conditioning technologies, heat pump installation and maintenance, electrical principles, fault finding, health and safety, environmental legislation, and customer service.
As the UK moves towards low-carbon heating solutions and increased energy efficiency, qualified refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump engineers are in high demand. This apprenticeship provides the skills needed to work on a wide range of systems that support comfortable, efficient and sustainable buildings.
