This course is designed for identified learners with a current Education Health and Care Plan who wish to access full time work but may need support into the world of work.
On the course students will focus on skills needed for employability. We work with Oxfordshire Employment and students are supported in work settings as part of the course, in preparation for paid employment.

Students will be in a work placement 4 days a week and attend college 1 day a week developing English and maths skills for work, whilst refining their employability skills.

Full Time (16 hours per week) paid employment
Entry criteria
Places on these courses are coordinated through the EHCP Consultation process via Oxfordshire County Council SEN team. Students will also be assessed during transition meetings to be able to confirm a Pathways placement.
Fee information
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
